STYLE MY CONDO

I was born and raised in Tacloban City, Leyte (Eastern Philippines) in the care of my grandparents, fast forward to 2008 when I graduated college with a degree in Nursing, but life is full of surprises that I found myself crafting my sales skills as a sales rep instead of working in the hospital.

 

I felt that my calling is in sales (like I was born to sell – it gives me a different sense of fulfillment – which for me is beyond the price). Working in sales has fine-tuned my communication skills – skills that are critical to the marketing industry and the real estate industry.

 

After the surge of Haiyan I found myself in another exciting career. My enthusiasm and interest in the property market led me to change careers and pursue my dream of working in real estate.

 

Writing is one of the skills I wanted to develop, and so I tried blogging for passion as I’m constantly coming up with new ideas to pursue, and this blog is my little place on the internet to share my views and since I have a knack for condominiums (will review Cebu condos here – surveyed some and working to have one soon), I love interior designs, of course the city lifestyle, and  the wide arrays of opportunities in the vicinity. I won’t go anywhere far, because what I consider best is the place where I’m at, the Queen city of the South: Cebu City, Philippines!

 

As a person…

I have grown to embrace challenges as a stepping stone to where I am heading. Faith has been my anchor. For me, the rewarding experience of the journey is what counts than the struggle to survive. We should always push to come out a victor, not a victim in whatever situation we find ourselves into, we have the power to turn it around and use it to our advantage. Never forget that struggle is the essence of living, but we’ll get by, if we have the attitude of gratitude, if we count our blessings instead of problems, and trusting that God’s plan for each of us is beyond what we can comprehend – strive to thrive & gracefully carry on each day with a hopeful heart! 

 

The reason I made this blog is because I believe that:
